Emily's Cookie Bars

Try this fantastic recipe. Here's a note from our challenger this week: Hi my name is Emily Booy. We are using a recipe from my baking book for this week's baking challenge. This week's recipe is called Emily's Cookie Bars. You can make them with Smarties or M&M's or Reese's Pieces, but Reese's Pieces are my favourite.
