This week's challenge should be a fun one! We are making GIANT chocolate chip cookies.Thank you to everyone who took part in this baking challenge. Congratulations to Amy who won the largest cookie contest, who baked an amazing 15cm cookie. We hope you enjoyed eating it! Check out some of the fantastic photo's we received.

This week's baking challenge is a very simple one, and an excellent way to get creative! Start with your basic biscuit recipe and see where you end up! Try adding some cheese, or some fresh herbs! Maybe some raisins? You could add them to a stew to make dumplings! Or make them plain and drizzle them right out of the oven with jam or honey.
