Baking Challenge #6

It's the time of year for rhubarb, so this week's recipe is for a rhubarb crisp! I love the simple flexibility of this recipe; you can use all rhubarb, or a mix of rhubarb and other fruits, like apple or strawberries. Or if you don't have any rhubarb handy, just make a good old apple crisp! Happy baking!
